The Miami is a free, automated local intelligence dashboard for Miami, Florida. Every 30 minutes, we scan trusted local news sources, community event calendars, and the National Weather Service to deliver a clear picture of what's happening in your city.

What We Do

We aggregate and organize local news from sources including WSVN 7 News, CBS4 Miami, Miami New Times, Miami Today, Community Newspapers, The Real Deal, and Eater Miami. Events are pulled from the City of Miami Beach calendar, Mobilize.us, and a curated community calendar of recurring local events.

How It Works

Our automated system runs on Cloudflare Workers and scores every article for local relevance to Miami-Dade County. Stories mentioning specific Miami neighborhoods, landmarks, and institutions receive the highest scores. Content is categorized into topics like safety, arts, culture, food, sports, business, and more.
