* WHAT...Moderate coastal flooding around periods of high tide, reaching major flood stage on Monday and Tuesday. Life threatening rip currents are expected. * WHERE...Coastal Broward County and Coastal Miami Dade County. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 2 AM EDT Monday.
