Fraud charges have been announced against two men. A property manager and a construction company owner are facing charges. The construction company owner, 62, is accused of being part of a scheme to defraud.

He owns a company that was contracted to work with a condo association. The property manager, 51, is also charged and faces additional counts of receiving kickbacks. Payments totaling more than $185,000 were allegedly made to the property manager.

These payments were reportedly disguised as loans. Further details are available from the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, which announced the charges.
