The Miami Urban Development Review Board has given its approval to two new condo tower developments. One is a Nobu-branded residential building proposed by 13th Floor Investments, to be located next to a historic church in Brickell. The other is OKO Lilli Tower, a 53-story project planned by Miami-based OKO Group in Edgewater.

Most board members were impressed with the designs of the proposed towers. However, one member voted against OKO Lilli Tower, citing design issues. Further details about these developments can be found in the original article from The Real Deal.
