New York Giants co-owner Daniel Tisch and his wife, Bonnie Tisch, dropped $12.5 million for a penthouse in Palm Beach. The Tisches bought the 4,600-square-foot unit in the Leverett House at 110 Sunset Avenue from attorney and novelist Gary Lachman. The deal worked out to about $2,700 per square foot
