A Secret Service employee is facing a charge of indecent exposure. The employee, 33-year-old John Spillman, is accused of exposing himself and performing a disturbing act in front of hotel guests. Prosecutors are seeking more time to gather evidence, including body camera footage and surveillance video.
The alleged incident occurred outside a hotel room in May. Spillman, who is based in Washington D.C., was in the area for a security detail related to President Trump's visit. He is currently on administrative leave, facing one count of indecent exposure.
