Breast cancer awareness efforts are underway with a major fundraising event. Participants will gather to raise support and don pink attire to show unity. The event emcee will be a familiar face, a news anchor returning for another year.

A prominent organization is behind the effort, working to combat breast cancer. Their signature fundraising events, like this one, bring together survivors, families, and supporters. Further details about the event, including registration, are available.

The event is scheduled to take place on a Saturday morning in October at a fair and exposition center.
